I read every project before I cast it — the tone, the budget, the timeline — and build a shortlist that actually fits, instead of sending the same names to every job.
Sessions can run in person, on tape, or self-taped depending on what the production needs. I've handled everything from a single principal role to organizing hundreds of background performers on a two-day turnaround.
